If your CAIMORE product needs servicing or repair, you know more about CAIMORE Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy. We offer repair service for both warranty and out-of-warranty CAIMORE products at the following locations:

Xiamen,  China

Before sending your product in, you will need to obtain an RMA number and submit the request form which filled in complete contact information as well as detailed descriptions of the item malfunction.

If you are uncertain about the cause of the problem, please contact a technical support engineer at CAIMORE. The engineer may be able to resolve your issue without requiring you to send your product in for repair.
